Each row is one fixed group departure from Kyiv. The price covers coach travel, shared hostel beds and the arrival briefing. Minimum group size is 12 travellers. If a departure does not reach 12, deposits are refunded in full.

UAH figures are indicative and converted at EUR 1 = UAH 46.80 for reference. The rate is fixed when your deposit is received, so the hryvnia amount you pay can differ. What the price does not cover is listed in full under what is included, and further dates sit on the departures timetable.

Every price shown on this page is per person in EUR. Visa fees and city tax sit outside the package price, so budget them separately from your deposit.

Your deposit is refundable in full if the group does not reach the minimum of 12 travellers. Check the per-person price table first, then reserve a seat for your departure.

04 / Terms

Deposit, group size and cancellation

Three rules decide whether your seat is held, when the rest of the money is due, and what comes back if your plans change.

Minimum group size: 12

Every departure runs with a minimum of 12 travellers. If 12 seats are not filled by the balance due date, we cancel the tour and refund every deposit in full within 5 working days. No cancellation fee, no voucher, no credit to spend elsewhere.

Seat deposit: EUR 60 per person

Balance due: 21 days before departure

The deposit of EUR 60 per person is paid at booking. The remaining balance falls due 21 days before the departure date printed on your ticket stub. Pay by bank transfer or card; a reminder goes out 7 days before the deadline.

Balance missed: seat released, deposit refunded in full

Reserve a seat on a group departure

Send us the departure code and the number of travellers and we hold your seats for 72 hours. Minimum group size is 12 travellers. If a departure does not fill, deposits are refunded in full.

Seats are confirmed by email. A deposit of EUR 60 per person is due on confirmation; the balance is due 30 days before departure. Check the full booking terms or compare dates on the departure list.
