Terms of Service

These Terms govern coach tours by pureadurabeauty.com (PE, EDRPOU 96337317), Business Center 'Peron', 23 Khreshchatyk St, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine. By booking, you agree.

Legal framework: Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015 (Art. 7); 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023; 'On Tourism' No. 324/95-VR of 15.09.1995; 'On Advertising' No. 270/96-VR of 03.07.1996; 'On Licensing of Types of Economic Activity' No. 222-VIII of 02.03.2015. Tour operator activity is licensed; travel agents operate under an agency agreement.

Booking: Contract formed on written confirmation. Full tour info provided before purchase per Law No. 324/95-VR.

Payment: Deposit and balance as specified. Bank transfer/card accepted. Prices include taxes.

Cancellation: In writing. Refunds per Refund Policy under Law No. 3153-IX. If we cancel, full refund or alternative.

Liability: We are liable for direct damages caused by our fault, up to tour price. Not liable for force majeure, third-party services, or personal belongings. Nothing limits rights under Law No. 3153-IX.

Age: Under 18 must be accompanied by parent/guardian. Some tours have age restrictions.

Travel documents: You are responsible for valid passports, visas, health documents.

Data: Personal data processed under Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 3684-IX of 06.06.2024. Cookies used with consent under Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Communications' No. 1089-IX of 16.12.2020, Art. 100. See Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Disputes: Contact contact@pureadurabeauty.com. Unresolved disputes may go to Ukrainian courts under Law No. 3153-IX.
