1. Legal Framework

This information is provided pursuant to the Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 324/95-VR of 15.09.1995, the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023, and the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015, Article 7.

2. Key Rights

• Right to receive complete information about the package before purchase.
• Right to cancel the package and receive a refund subject to the operator's terms.
• Right to transfer the package to another person with reasonable notice.
• Right to price adjustment only under specific conditions.

3. Insolvency Protection

The tour operator provides insolvency protection as required by law. In case of insolvency, travelers will be refunded or repatriated.

4. License and Agency

Tour operator activity is licensed under the Law of Ukraine 'On Licensing of Types of Economic Activity' No. 222-VIII of 02.03.2015. We act as a travel agent under an agency agreement and disclose the operator's license details upon request.

5. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 3684-IX of 06.06.2024. For cookie usage, we comply with Article 100 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Communications' No. 1089-IX of 16.12.2020.
