What the same four nights cost if you book the trip alone

One traveller, Kyiv to Krakow and back, four nights. Our price is per person and covers the group coach from Kyiv, a hostel bed in a shared room, the arrival briefing and one two-hour orientation walk.

04 / Itinerary

Four days, block by block

Every departure runs the same shape: one arrival briefing, one two-hour orientation walk, and free-time blocks you fill from the self-guided route card. Included and optional items are labelled day by day.

  • 14:00Group coach from Kyiv arrives. Check-in takes five minutes: keys, bed linen and breakfast times from reception.
  • 16:30Arrival briefing with the group leader: metro card, SIM top-up and which streets to avoid after dark.
  • 18:30Two-hour orientation walk through the old town, ending at the tram stop nearest the hostel. Free time from 20:30.

Included: coach transfer, hostel bed, arrival briefing, two-hour orientation walk.

Optional: welcome dinner, EUR 14 per person.

Minimum group size is 12 travellers. If we cancel a departure, deposits are refunded in full.

Choose a departure code, tell us how many seats you need, and we hold them for 48 hours. The deposit is EUR 60 per person and it is refunded in full if a group stays under 12 travellers.
