Every departure on this page is quoted per person in EUR and covers the same five items. Anything on the right-hand column is your own cost, so budget for it before you pay the deposit.

Inside the price

CoachReturn group coach from Kyiv, with a second driver on legs longer than eight hours.
HostelDormitory bed in a hostel or student residence, two to four nights per city, linen included.
OrientationOne arrival briefing and one two-hour orientation walk with the group leader.
Route cardA printed sheet listing free and low-cost sights for each free afternoon.
LeaderOne leader for the whole route, reachable on a local number while the group travels.

Outside the price

Visa feePaid by you to the consulate. We send the booking confirmation your file needs.
City taxCharged per person per night at check-in, usually EUR 1 to 4 depending on the city.
InsuranceMedical and travel cover for the trip dates. Required before departure.
MealsNot every hostel serves breakfast. Allow EUR 12 to 20 per day for food.
ExcursionsMuseum entries, boat rides and guided tours booked on the spot.

Deposit is EUR 60 per person and the balance is due 21 days before departure. Groups depart with a minimum of 12 travellers. If a route does not fill, deposits are refunded in full.
