We use data to perform your tour contract, meet tourism and accounting duties, and, with consent, send offers. Bases: contract, law, consent, legitimate interest. We follow the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023 and the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015, Article 7.

We share data with licensed tour operators and travel agents under agency agreements, payment providers, and authorities where required. Operator licence details are disclosed per the Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 324/95-VR of 15.09.1995 and the Law of Ukraine 'On Licensing of Types of Economic Activity' No. 222-VIII of 02.03.2015. Advertising follows the Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 270/96-VR of 03.07.1996.
